Arizona Colors - Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum

When is the art drop off for the Arizona Sonoran Desert Museum?
Art drop off is 7/27/23 between 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Contact Barbara Dahlstedt, Mary Carlson, or Elliott Everson to arrange drop-off from the Phoenix area. Contact Loreena Moore to arrange pick-up in the Tucson area.
How do I prepare my art for transportation?
All art transported to and from shows must be in an art carrier.
Be sure to have the image, artist name, and title on the front in a plastic sleeve. For direction on how to make an art carrier, click here.
When is the artist reception?
The artist reception is August 19th from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. Awards will be announced at the reception.
Can artists sell their prints in the gift shop?
Art prints can be sold in the gift shop. Prints on paper must be encased in mylar sleeves/envelopes with price-label and include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Giclée prints must be encased in mylar sleeves/envelopes with price-label and include a Certificate of Authenticity.
The museum collects 30% of the total purchase price.
After the show is over, when is the art pick up?
The art pick up is October 9th 2023 from 10am - 12 pm.
To draw you must close your eyes and sing.
